We’re proud to share a major step forward for Angelene Meadows: the Windham Housing Authority has unanimously approved the full architectural and site plan for the project.
This is more than a milestone. It is a reflection of what the Windham community deserves.
The updated plans include a thoughtful mix of one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, and two bedroom units that offer flexibility for residents aged 62 and older. Inside, the building will feature a spacious recreational room designed to host events, activities, and daily moments of connection. A vaulted library and additional seating areas create space for both relaxation and community, while a private conference room gives residents a quiet place to focus or meet. Outside, covered porches and planned amenities embrace the charm of Windham living and support year round enjoyment.
Importantly, half of the units will be income restricted to ensure that Angelene Meadows remains an accessible, affordable option for older residents. Many in this age group have been left out of the region’s new housing supply, even as Windham continues to grow.
We’re deeply grateful to the Windham Housing Authority for their unanimous support, and to our partners at The Dubay Group, Inc. and LYF Architects for helping shape such a thoughtful and impactful project. Their vision and dedication have helped us bring to life a development that prioritizes quality of life, livability, and long term community value.
At Beylin Development, we believe housing should be built to last and designed with dignity. Angelene Meadows is no exception, and we’re proud to bring this vision to life.
More updates to come as the next phase begins. Windham’s future is bright.
