Simon is a seasoned developer and commercial contractor with extensive experience in multifamily, mixed-use, medical, and commercial real estate. As the founder of Beylin Builders, Simon has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality projects tailored to the unique needs of each client. His expertise in navigating the complex entitlement process has been instrumental in securing approvals for a wide range of residential and commercial developments across New England.

As President of Beylin Development, Simon oversees every phase of the development process, from design and construction to property management and investor relations. His journey began in healthcare, with a degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, and continued through Harvard Business School, where he honed his business acumen. Originally an endodontist, Simon transitioned into building dental practices internationally, combining his medical background with his passion for construction. Today, he remains closely connected to the dental community, offering education and guidance on real estate investment through events, speaking engagements, and investment opportunities.

Peter started his career in private equity before transitioning into real estate, where he has gained extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio that includes market rate, subsidized, commercial, mid-term, and short-term rentals. In addition to property management, he has experience in value-add renovations and ground-up construction.

At Beylin Development, Peter leverages his knowledge of the Southern Maine and New Hampshire real estate markets to identify strategic projects for the team. He also collaborates with Simon on underwriting and guiding projects through the predevelopment process.

Anthony is a practicing dentist, practice owner, and accomplished investor with a strong background in finance and real estate. His personal portfolio includes college housing units, single-family rentals, and commercial NNN properties. He also oversees a multi-million-dollar private lending business.

At Beylin Development, Anthony is key in evaluating property investments, securing capital, and building relationships with investors, contributing to the firm’s growth.

Robert Pasquale is a key member of the Beylin Development team, serving as construction manager. His career spans over thirty years in the multifamily construction industry, encompassing new construction and renovations. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to drive projects to efficient completion, Robert plays an integral role in Beylin Development’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality construction and development projects.

Greg is a serial entrepreneur, real estate developer, coach and mentor. He has bought, developed and sold over $250 million in real estate, built and renovated hundreds of custom homes and commercial buildings, developed residential and mixed use subdivisions and started 12 different companies from the ground up. 

Greg currently coaches and mentors some of the top entrepreneurs, real estate investors and real estate developers around the world helping them start, grow and scale their business, raise more capital and do bigger deals. Greg’s current clients have over $2 billion in AUM and deals in process.

He is also an expert on the topics of entrepreneurship, leadership and real estate and is regularly interviewed on some of the top real estate investing and business podcasts today.

Greg served in the United States Navy right out of high school and has always been a leader in the community as well as supporting, advising and serving on the boards of several churches, ministries and non-profit organizations.

Karl Dubay provides Beylin Development with high quality civil engineering, surveying and land planning services, including a wide range of retail, residential and commercial projects. Attractive designs in a dynamic and positive process are the hallmark of Karl and the Dubay Group.
