Things are moving quickly at 298 Main Street, and we’re excited to share a construction update on one of Yarmouth’s newest mixed-use developments.
Utility relocation has been completed, and site work is nearly finished. With those critical early phases wrapped, we’re now preparing to go vertical. The building is expected to be weather tight by the end of September, setting the stage for interior work to begin before winter.
298 Main will bring new ground-level commercial space to Main Street, along with modern residential units above. The project blends new construction with historic curb appeal, creating a development that fits seamlessly into the character of downtown Yarmouth while expanding what’s possible in the neighborhood.
As we transition from site work to vertical framing, we’ll continue to share updates on the build. This is a project designed with long-term value in mind—for residents, for businesses, and for the future of Main Street.
