Inaugural Meetup a Success! Investors Nationwide Joined for Learning, Networking, and a Good Cause

We are thrilled to announce that our inaugural Beylin Development meetup was a huge success and completely sold out! Investors from across the country gathered for a day of tours, presentations, and networking, raising over $2,600 for Village Nursery School, a local nonprofit in Yarmouth.

Attendees toured two of our current projects, including a new 5-bedroom short-term rental in Ocean Park and a 33-unit apartment complex in Windham, ME, featuring a finished model unit. They also witnessed the groundbreaking of our mixed-use development, 298 Main, in Yarmouth, ME, which will include commercial spaces and luxury apartments.

Matthew Pouliot, former Maine State Senator and a leading broker in Maine, shared insights on modular construction and the Lofts at Lowell development in Lewiston, ME. The Beylin Development team presented on multifamily and short-term rental development basics, showcasing case studies and upcoming joint venture opportunities, including our 103 Temple Street project in Nashua, NH.
