Leadership Backed by Experience

We are led by Simon Beylin, whose background in construction and real estate began at a young age working alongside his father, a multifamily contractor in California. After a successful career in healthcare, Simon returned to the industry, founding a commercial construction company serving medical and dental practices before expanding into residential development. His practical experience, from jobsite operations to business ownership, drives our ability to execute projects with discipline and speed.

Integrated from the Ground Up

Our structure is intentionally built to keep control in house. We manage development, construction, and property management under one roof, allowing us to respond quickly, maintain quality, and protect long term value across every stage of a project. Our construction efforts are led by a team that understands both field conditions and financial strategy, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and investor goals remain aligned from start to finish.

Managed by Mighty Oak

Once built, our properties are managed by Mighty Oak Management, our in house property management company. Mighty Oak oversees leasing, resident experience, and long term asset performance, helping our communities remain strong investments and desirable places to live.

For Hold or For Sale

While our primary strategy is to hold assets long term in high growth, low vacancy markets, we also pursue select for sale opportunities in locations where property values make rental models less viable. In these cases, we focus on delivering homes that reflect our same commitment to thoughtful design, quality construction, and lasting value.
