Scuttlebutt

Scuttlebutt is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house located in the Ocean Park neighborhood of Old Orchard Beach. The property was purchased off market and developed as a short-term and long-term rental. Designed with a focus on return potential and location-driven value, it represents a strategic fit within Beylin Development’s rental portfolio, which includes long-term, mid-term, and short-term assets.

This was a new construction project completed in under six months. Design was led by Peter Anania and Doug Forbes of D. Forbes Design, with construction led by Peter Anania and Simon Beylin. The project received helpful support from the Ocean Park Association and the Old Orchard Beach Fire Department.

The name “Scuttlebutt” adds a distinctive identity to the property. Rentals are currently in high demand, with a waitlist for both weekly summer guests and mid-term off-season tenants. The property is being held in Beylin Development’s portfolio.
