Angelene Meadows is a thoughtfully planned senior housing development located in Windham, New Hampshire. The project was pursued to meet a growing and unmet need: providing high-quality, age-restricted housing for residents aged 62 and older, with half of the units income-restricted to ensure long-term affordability. As Windham continues to grow, many seniors have found themselves excluded from the region’s housing supply. Angelene Meadows addresses this gap directly, creating a place rooted in dignity, livability, and long-term community value.

The project includes a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units, designed to offer flexibility and comfort. Inside, the building will feature a spacious recreational room for events and daily socializing, a vaulted library, quiet seating areas, and a private conference room. Outside, covered porches and outdoor amenities reflect Windham’s character and support year-round use. The development’s full architectural and site plans were unanimously approved by the Windham Housing Authority in August 2025.

Angelene Meadows is a strategic extension of Beylin Development’s long-term hold portfolio. While it differs from our typical projects in scale and resident profile, it fits our broader mission to create housing that lasts, with care for both people and place. The project was made possible through collaboration with The Dubay Group, Inc. and LYF Architects, and we’re especially grateful for the support of the Windham Housing Authority.
